Texas Roadhouse is currently seeking a Prep Cook who takes pride in preparing made-from-scratch food up to the company’s legendary standards. This role is essential to maintaining the high quality and consistency for which the restaurant is celebrated. The Prep Cook will follow precise recipes, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Responsibilities include reading prep sheets, managing proper storage and rotation of ingredients, and handling kitchen equipment responsibly. You will be a critical part of the kitchen team, supporting cooks and chefs with the preparation process and ensuring that all food items meet Texas Roadhouse’s quality benchmarks.
