The Prep Cook position at Passages is an exciting opportunity to become a vital part of a dedicated culinary team that plays a crucial role in supporting client health and wellness. This full-time role involves working 8-hour shifts, including weekends, to prepare and cook nutritious meals for clients at the treatment center. As a Prep Cook, you will assist with the preparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring that all meals comply with clients' specific dietary requirements and nutritional guidelines. Maintaining high standards of kitchen sanitation, safety, and food storage is an essential aspect of the role. The Prep Cook will be responsible for washing, cleaning, peeling, and cutting ingredients, along with keeping condiments and supplies well-stocked and properly labeled.

Job Duties

- assist with the preparation of meal ingredients, including washing, cleaning, peeling, and cutting
- help maintain health and safety standards in the kitchen
- follow dietary guidelines and meal plans for clients
- perform other duties as assigned
