Job Requirements
- full time or part time position with flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- availability for shifts as early as 7 a.m. and as late as 2 a.m.
- one year of full-service restaurant kitchen cook experience
- good standing and free of performance issues for internal candidates
- combined work experience and education considered
- state food handler's certification required

Job Duties
- perform food preparation tasks including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients
- adhere strictly to recipe standards and food safety regulations
- clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas
- organize and stock kitchen supplies
- assist chefs and senior cooks with additional duties as assigned
- maintain a clean and efficient workspace throughout shifts
- collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely food service
