Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a prep cook strongly preferred
- Basic knife skills
- Ability to follow prep lists with accuracy
- Ability to multitask while maintaining cleanliness and quality standards
- Physical stamina to perform tasks like bending, standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Reliability to work independently or follow directives
- Passion for the food and hospitality industry
- Positive attitude and dedication to supporting the team

Job Duties
- Inspect food and ingredients for quality and freshness
- Adhere to cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen policies
- Stock and maintain food products at line stations for service
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Bake, roast, fry, and grill various foods as needed
- Keep food preparation areas, equipment, and surfaces clean and sanitary
- Maintain a clean work area and complete closing duties
- Attend employee meetings and contribute to team improvement initiatives
