This role is for a Prep Cook at Wind Crest, where the culinary team plays a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to the community's residents. The Prep Cook is an essential part of this team, responsible for preparing ingredients and ensuring that the kitchen runs efficiently in a fast-paced and high-energy environment. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19.00 to $21.00, commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will be passionate about food preparation, teamwork, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. This role requires the ability to work some weekends and holidays and includes physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds and working in varying temperature conditions, from hot kitchens to cold refrigerators and freezers.
