Within this vibrant environment, Legends Global seeks a Prep Cook to join their culinary team at Well&by Durst – 151, a unique space that blends wellbeing with exceptional dining experiences in New York City. Well&by Durst offers a sophisticated yet approachable social atmosphere where guests can gather for business meetings, social engagements, or simply to enjoy world-class cuisine. They also play an essential role in keeping the kitchen clean, operating equipment safely, and assisting with inventory management using best practices like FIFO (first in, first out).

Compensation for this role is listed as $20 per hour, accompanied by a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and participation in a 401(k) retirement plan. This position provides an excellent opportunity for culinary professionals seeking to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment attached to a prominent and respected global organization. The role requires commitment to quality, safety, teamwork, and the stamina to meet the physical demands typical of a busy kitchen environment. Candidates must demonstrate energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to collaborate effectively within the team.
