  • availability to work flexible shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Job Duties

  • follow recipes procedures specs and techniques
  • assist in receiving goods and daily inventory of prepared foods
  • maintain proper storage and rotation of products
  • practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards counter tops knives and equipment
  • maintain proper temperature of equipment
  • perform station opening closing and side work duties each shift
