The role of Prep Cook at Heritage Hotels & Resorts is essential in upholding the standards that our guests expect. The position is designed for individuals passionate about culinary excellence and who understand that thorough and precise preparation is the cornerstone of a successful kitchen operation. As a Prep Cook, you will play a critical role in ensuring ingredients are prepared with accuracy and care, stations are organized, and the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Your contributions directly influence the quality and consistency of the dishes served, ultimately shaping the seamless experiences we aim to provide our guests.

This position requires a motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment. Working closely with chefs and other kitchen staff, the Prep Cook maintains high standards for food quality, presentation, and safety. You will be expected to follow precise recipes and production schedules while adhering to stringent food safety and hygiene protocols. Cleanliness and organization of workstations, as well as proper handling of kitchen equipment, are also central to your daily responsibilities.

At Heritage Hotels & Resorts, we recognize and reward dedication and skill with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. These include a substantial 25 percent match for 401k contributions, generous employee discounts spanning our hotels, restaurants, spa, and retail outlets, and complimentary meals during scheduled shifts. Employees also benefit from free parking and enjoy opportunities for career growth and advancement within our culinary team. Our supportive and team-focused culture, strongly rooted in New Mexico pride, fosters an environment where every team member feels valued and empowered to succeed.

If you are looking to grow your culinary career with a respected hospitality brand that cherishes culture, quality, and community, the Prep Cook position at Heritage Hotels & Resorts is a fantastic opportunity.
