Job Qualifications
- 2 years of work or related experience preferred
- Able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Station ready to work at scheduled time and you are in proper uniform
- Brisk and steady pace, organized, no unnecessary steps
- 100% recipe knowledge when prepping or assisting with any other production step
- Use scales, measuring spoons, recipe cards and perform portion control tests
- Maintain the kitchen and all of its equipment to a like new condition
- Practice clean as you go
- Productivity measured by quality and quantity of work completed in a specific time period
- Stock supplies before the rush
- Demonstrate teamwork
