Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for recipes and menu items according to established guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations and kitchen areas
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation tasks
- Follow sanitation and safety procedures to ensure a safe and compliant kitchen environment
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to the kitchen manager
- Support the kitchen team during high-volume service periods
- Participate in training and development activities as required
