Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients for recipes and menu items according to established guidelines

  • Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation tasks
  • Follow sanitation and safety procedures to ensure a safe and compliant kitchen environment
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to the kitchen manager
  • Support the kitchen team during high-volume service periods
  • Participate in training and development activities as required
