We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Prep Cook to join our culinary team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for cooks who enjoy the culinary arts but prefer to avoid the challenges of late hours common in this industry. The Prep Cook position is critical to our food service operations, as it directly supports the preparation of fresh and high-quality meals that align with our Food Philosophy. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing necessary food items for meal service following established recipes and portion control guidelines, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish.

  • minimum of one year of progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment is helpful
