Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of one year of progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment is helpful
- ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines accurately
- capability to maintain cleanliness and organization in food prep areas
- strong work ethic and reliability

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

- monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors of shortages
