Job Requirements
- Must have weekend and holiday availability
- must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- must be 18 or older
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible shifts including mornings and evenings
- basic knowledge of kitchen safety
- ability to follow instructions accurately
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is beneficial
- strong communication and teamwork skills

- willingness to learn and develop culinary skills

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients and kitchen stations for service
- assist chefs and line cooks with food preparation
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- learn and rotate through multiple kitchen stations
- assist in training new kitchen staff
- support kitchen supervisors with daily operations
