Anthony's is a well-established family-owned group of restaurants that has been a staple in the Pacific Northwest for over 50 years, with 25 locations spanning Washington, Idaho, and Oregon. Known for its dedication to showcasing the best the region has to offer, Anthony's emphasizes fresh, local seafood and in-season ingredients sourced directly from local fishermen, ranchers, and trusted partners through its own wholesale company. This unique approach ensures the highest quality and freshness of ingredients used in every meal, underpinning Anthony's reputation for genuine hospitality and exceptional dining experiences.

With a commitment not only to quality food but also to fostering a great work environment, Anthony's invests in its team members through competitive pay, consistent scheduling, internal advancement opportunities, and a supportive culture that encourages skill development and long-term career growth. The company values individuals who bring passion for food, community, and hospitality, whether they are new to the industry or seasoned professionals seeking a rewarding next step.

The Prep Cook role at Anthony's is a vital position within the kitchen team, responsible for efficiently preparing ingredients that enable chefs and cooks to deliver top-quality meals in a timely manner. This position involves a range of food preparation activities including washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring ingredients according to standardized recipes and kitchen guidelines. The Prep Cook supports the smooth operation of the kitchen by maintaining cleanliness and organization in the prep area, ensuring that health and safety standards are strictly followed.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, assisting with basic culinary preparations such as sauces, dressings, and garnishes, as well as managing inventory levels and assisting with deliveries. By handling these essential tasks, the Prep Cook plays a key role in creating the consistent and high-quality dining experience that Anthony's customers expect.

Anthony's offers full-time and part-time employment options and provides opportunities for benefits such as medical, dental, vision, voluntary life, and pet insurance depending on hours worked, along with access to a 401k plan with company match, paid time off, scholarships, meal discounts, and wellness resources. This role is not only a chance to contribute to a respected culinary team but also an opportunity to grow professionally in a supportive and inclusive environment. Work hours for this position are from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM daily, and applicants must be at least 18 years old. As a tipped position, Prep Cooks can look forward to competitive compensation that reflects their valuable contribution to the dining experience.
