Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours per day
- Experience with single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Capability to bend, twist, squat, and reach during work
- Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from freezing to above 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- Ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in usage of tools and equipment such as knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery
- May require use of ladders

Job Duties
- Cuts fruits and vegetables following all safety and sanitation rules
- Ensures product meets company guidelines for quality and preparation
- Maintains sampling program
- Cleans department continuously and maintains sweep logs
- Arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed, and ready to work
- Provides excellent customer service, addresses customer needs efficiently, models suggestive selling techniques, answers phones and pages promptly
- Maximizes sales potential through proper preparation, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising of product
- Follows and ensures compliance with health, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Maintains clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
- Performs opening, mid, and closing duties including ensuring accuracy of signs and pricing
- Reports safety hazards and violations promptly
- Performs other duties as assigned by leadership
