Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of prep cook or related kitchen experience
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Physical ability to perform cooking and prep duties

Job Duties
- Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Preparing food for service such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces
- Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assisting in inventory control and ingredient management
- Supporting other kitchen staff as needed
