Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a prep cook or in a similar culinary role
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to communicate clearly and work positively with others
- Availability to work full-time
- Willingness to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions accurately

Job Duties
- Cut foods per standardized recipes
- Read and follow recipes
- Pre-weigh, measure, and package foods for later use by line cooks
- Prepare sauces, dressings, batters, and other items
- Cook or bake certain food items for later use
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the prep area
- Manage trash
- Complete daily cleaning and organizational tasks assigned by the Chef
- Assist others as needed
