  • Previous experience as a Pitmaster, Meat Cutter, Line Cook, Expediter, Prep Cook or Fry/Salad Chef
  • Knowledge of food preparation and safety standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and tools

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and organize preparation of scratch-made food items according to recipes
  • Ensure proper measurements and ingredient use
  • Maintain shelf life and food quality standards
  • Clean and organize workstations continuously
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to support efficient operation
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation procedures
  • Assist in transporting items and supplies within kitchen
