- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- maintain high standards for food quality and sanitation
- follow recipes, procedures, specifications, and cooking techniques
- assist in receiving goods and daily inventory of prepared foods
- maintain proper storage and rotation of products
- practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of equipment and food areas
- maintain proper temperature of equipment
- perform station opening and closing duties
- complete side work duties each shift
