Job Requirements

  • ability to follow detailed recipes and procedures
  • basic culinary knowledge or interest in food preparation
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols

Job Duties

  • maintain high standards for food quality and sanitation
  • follow recipes, procedures, specifications, and cooking techniques
  • assist in receiving goods and daily inventory of prepared foods
  • maintain proper storage and rotation of products
  • practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of equipment and food areas
  • maintain proper temperature of equipment
  • perform station opening and closing duties
  • complete side work duties each shift
