Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- Follow recipes, procedures, specs, and techniques accurately
- Assist in receiving goods and inventory management
- Practice safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment
- Maintain proper storage and rotation of products
- Ensure equipment is at the proper temperature
- Perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
