- At least one year of prior culinary experience
- knowledge of culinary methods and techniques
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- experience with kitchen equipment and tools
- customer service experience
- food handlers’ certification preferred

- working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards
- excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
