Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • must have availability to work weekends and holidays
  • ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • flexible to work first, second, rotating, and weekend shifts
  • physical stamina to stand and move for long periods during shifts
  • strong work ethic and positive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role helpful but not required
  • strong interest in culinary arts and food trends
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • commitment to customer service excellence

Job Duties

  • prepare food ingredients and set up kitchen stations for service
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the prep area
  • follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • assist line cooks during meal periods
  • learn and develop skills across various kitchen stations
  • participate in the hat development program for career growth
  • communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
