Job Description

Flow is a visionary real estate company that is redefining the way people live, work, and connect. Unlike traditional real estate businesses, Flow combines technology, operations, and innovative community building to create unique living experiences. The company manages a diverse portfolio that spans condominiums, hotels, multifamily residences, and office spaces, cultivating interconnected communities where residents don’t just live but thrive. Flow's mission is centered around the concept of oneness – placing their residents and their experiences at the core of the company’s efforts while fostering connections within the community and with nature. This focus results in vibrant, human-centered environments where creativity, life, work, and recreation harmoniously coexist.

The Prep Cook role at Flow is an essential position within their forward-thinking hospitality operations. This role involves hands-on culinary preparation with a specific emphasis on organic, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients, which aligns with Flow's sustainable philosophy and commitment to quality food. As a Prep Cook, the successful candidate will contribute to the kitchen’s efforts by preparing fresh produce, supporting various food production needs, and maintaining exceptional standards for food safety and cleanliness. The position offers an opportunity to work in diverse settings, including food trucks, commissaries, events, and retail grocers, broadening experience and involvement across different culinary environments.

In this role, attention to detail, respect for the culinary craft, and a passion for sustainability are paramount. The Prep Cook will help ensure that every dish served reflects Flow’s dedication to nourishment, community building, and sustainability. The position demands a combination of culinary skill, eco-conscious practices, and teamwork, where the individual must remain organized, proactive, and supportive of the kitchen staff and operations. This role is also physically demanding, requiring the individual to be on their feet for long periods and capable of handling heavy loads when necessary, underscoring the active and dynamic nature of the position.

Flow supports employee growth and engages team members with a positive, respectful kitchen culture. This culture fosters learning, curiosity, and clear communication, enabling staff to thrive during high-pressure environments and work multiple shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Prep Cook role thereby offers not only a job but a meaningful culinary career path within a company that prioritizes innovation, quality, and community. Flow places significant value on inclusivity, offering equal employment opportunities and accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities, reinforcing their mission of community and connection beyond just food service.

Overall, working as a Prep Cook at Flow is more than a standard kitchen position; it is an opportunity to be part of a revolutionary real estate company that integrates technology, operations, and hospitality to create a truly unique and sustainable living and dining experience for its residents and guests. This role invites culinary professionals who are passionate about farm-to-table cooking and sustainability to join a company that nurtures human connection and innovation in hospitality.
