Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Standing/walking 6-8 hours per day
- Ability to perform bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching motions
- Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- Exposure to temperatures ranging from freezing to over 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- Ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to use tools and equipment such as knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, heavy machinery
- May require use of ladders
- No prior retail experience required

- Knowledge of artisan breads and pastries, including cake decorating

Job Duties
- Produces quality breads and pastries
- Produces doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars
- Performs baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products
- Stocks dry products
- Develops new recipes and production techniques
- Trains production personnel
- Performs production planning and forecasting for special events and holidays
- Maintains all production modules in the Datapax system
- Provides excellent customer service and suggestive selling
- Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations
