Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- must be able to stand for long periods of time
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- willingness to work various shifts including first, second, third, and weekends
- ability to work full-time or part-time
- passion for hospitality and food quality
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
Job Qualifications
- Experience in food preparation preferred
- ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- physical stamina to lift heavy items and stand for long periods

- flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare food by following the recipe book to ensure quality and consistency
- adhere to all food safety standards
- support the line cooks during meal periods to ensure they are fully stocked
- keep a sparkling clean workstation
- clean between different prep recipes to avoid cross contamination
- must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly and stand on your feet for long periods of time
