Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to follow recipes and work independently
- understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to handle kitchen equipment safely

- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing vegetables and fruits

- ensure proper storage of prepared ingredients to maintain freshness
- assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- support kitchen staff during service as needed
