The company has extended its international footprint through the acquisition of Aspers Casino in Newcastle, United Kingdom. Bally's operates premier platforms such as Bally Bet, a leading sports betting platform, Bally Casino, an innovative iCasino platform, and Bally’s Interactive International division (formerly Gamesys Group), which stands as a prominent global interactive gaming operator. Additionally, Bally's holds a significant stake in Intralot S.A., a global lottery management and services entity.
Employing approximately 11,500 team members, Bally's offers a vibrant hospitality environment with casino operations that include around 17,700 slot machines, 630 table games, and nearly 3,950 hotel rooms. The company also possesses development rights to land at the former Tropicana Las Vegas site, reflecting its commitment to growth and innovation within the gaming and entertainment industry.
The role of Prep Cook at Bally's is vital for maintaining the high standards of its food service operations. This position involves the safe and accurate preparation of food items according to menu specifications and standardized recipes, ensuring consistent product delivery and excellent guest satisfaction. The position demands strict adherence to food control procedures to manage costs and maintain quality, along with a commitment to sanitation, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
This role requires preparing food in line with established measurements, maintaining a clean and organized station, and performing side work such as restocking supplies. Understanding and enforcing health codes, hand washing guidelines, and internal policies concerning guest alcohol limitations are key responsibilities. The Prep Cook must also handle routine guest concerns with professionalism and discretion, escalating issues when necessary to keep guest relations positive.
Flexibility is a key part of this role, as Prep Cooks need to be available for various shifts that may include late nights, weekends, and holidays, adapting to business operational needs. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within a thriving global entertainment company, where outstanding guest service and teamwork are highly valued.
