Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Prior experience in food preparation or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards
  • Capacity to follow recipes and portion control guidelines
  • Professional demeanor and guest service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
  • Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, guest service, written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have a professional demeanor and presence with the ability to interact with guests and team members in the company

Job Duties

  • Build guest relations throughout every shift by talking with guests, making them feel welcome and comfortable, and inviting them back
  • Ensure consistent product delivery to guests
  • Accurately prepare all food items according to established measurements and recipes
  • Adhere to control procedure for food costs and quality
  • Check station before, during, and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
  • Perform all assigned side work to include replenishing/restocking workstation with supplies
  • Encourage and abide by all health codes and hand washing guidelines
