Job Requirements
- Prior food preparation or kitchen experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
- Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients including chopping, slicing, portioning and organizing food items
- Maintain quality, consistency and presentation standards for all food products
- Follow recipes, production schedules and food safety procedures
- Support kitchen operations through teamwork and efficient prep execution
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and properly handle kitchen equipment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
