Job Duties
- maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- follow recipes, procedures, specs, and culinary techniques
- assist in receiving goods and managing inventory of prepared foods
- maintain proper storage and rotation of products
- practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment
- maintain proper temperature of equipment
- perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
