Job Duties
- Ensure kitchen and line are properly stocked with necessary items to complete food orders on time
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation standards to guarantee guest safety
- Prepare ingredients by chopping, measuring, and organizing for cooking and serving
- Coordinate with other kitchen and service staff to maintain smooth operation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas and storage
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Support culinary team in food preparation as needed
