- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical capability to stand for long periods and perform kitchen tasks
- must be able to follow company rules and procedures

Job Duties
- Prepare home-made meals using fresh, never frozen ingredients
- ensure every customer receives their made-from-scratch meal hot off the grill
- make signature sauces and desserts
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- adhere to company rules focusing on customer service, cleanliness, and enjoyment
- collaborate with team members to deliver a quality dining experience
- follow safety and hygiene standards
