Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
at least one years prior culinary experience in a quality and high-volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking
knowledge of culinary methods and techniques
attention to detail
ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
proficiency with kitchen equipment and tools
customer service experience
food handlers certification is a plus
