Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one years prior culinary experience in a quality and high-volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking
  • knowledge of culinary methods and techniques
  • attention to detail
  • ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
  • proficiency with kitchen equipment and tools
  • customer service experience
  • food handlers certification is a plus
