Job Duties
- Prep ingredients to spec (proteins, produce, sauces, salsas, etc.)
- Follow recipes and portion standards with consistency
- Keep prep stations clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Label, date, rotate, and properly store all food
- Support line cooks and kitchen flow during service when needed
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Help keep the kitchen running smooth before, during, and after service
