The role of Prep Cook at Wolf by Vanderpump is foundational to the kitchen’s success. The prep cook sets the kitchen’s tone each shift by performing precise and consistent preparatory tasks, ensuring all ingredients and components are ready for seamless service. This position requires dedication to detail, food safety, and efficiency, as well as the ability to work independently while supporting the culinary team with anticipatory skills and strong communication.

Prep cooks at Wolf by Vanderpump work in a high-energy environment where consistency and quality are paramount. The prep cook actively assists with receiving and storing deliveries and ensures that all prepared items comply with food safety laws, including proper labeling and dating.

This position is ideal for individuals with prior experience in high-volume or upscale kitchens who exhibit excellent organizational skills and a calm, focused demeanor. The Prep Cook will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a culinary team committed to excellence while working within a company culture that values inclusivity, diversity, and creating memorable guest experiences. This is a full-time role with a schedule that may require flexibility, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Joining HCW Hospitality, the parent company behind this venture, means becoming part of a team dedicated to doing things right.
