Job Duties

  • maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
  • follow recipes, procedures, specs, and techniques
  • assist in receiving goods
  • conduct daily inventory of prepared foods
  • maintain proper storage and rotation of products
  • practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of kitchen equipment and surfaces
  • maintain proper equipment temperatures
  • perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
