With locations designed to offer a one-of-a-kind movie-going experience including luxurious recliners, in-theater dining, and state-of-the-art sound and video technology, IPIC Theaters positions itself as a leader in experiential entertainment. The company takes pride in fostering a dynamic and inclusive workplace where creativity, teamwork, and high standards of service are deeply valued.

The position of Prep Cook at IPIC Theaters is vital to the seamless delivery of exceptional culinary service that complements the overall guest experience. A Prep Cook is responsible for preparing menu items in accordance with established recipes and strict presentation guidelines, ensuring every dish meets the high quality standards guests expect. The Prep Cook also maintains all sanitation and food storage protocols rigorously to guarantee food safety and compliance with health regulations. This role demands a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt to daily menu changes and special guest requests including dietary restrictions and allergies.

As part of the culinary team, the Prep Cook plays a hands-on role in food preparation, sanitizer management, and equipment maintenance at their assigned stations. The candidate must be flexible, dependable, and able to work under pressure, often standing for prolonged periods and lifting items up to 50 lbs.
