Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for menu items including chopping vegetables, measuring spices, and portioning meats
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen prep area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff as needed to ensure timely food preparation
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to management
- Maintain equipment and utensils used in food preparation
- Support overall kitchen operations to contribute to a positive dining experience
