Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year prep cook experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong communication skills

  • Eligible to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients for menu items including chopping vegetables, measuring spices, and portioning meats
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen prep area
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist chefs and kitchen staff as needed to ensure timely food preparation
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to management
  • Maintain equipment and utensils used in food preparation
  • Support overall kitchen operations to contribute to a positive dining experience
