The restaurant specializes in premium cuts of meat and pairs them with an excellent selection of wines, creating a sophisticated dining experience. The venue also features a corner bar with outdoor access along with two reservable private dining rooms that are perfect for special events and private gatherings. Adjacent to One Prime is Blue Jack, a chic and intimate cocktail lounge and speakeasy that serves appetizers, desserts, and craft cocktails, adding to the overall refined and inviting atmosphere of the establishment.
One Prime and Blue Jack are currently seeking dedicated full and part-time Prep Cooks to join their culinary team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who have a serious commitment to high standards in food preparation and kitchen operations. The role involves backing up the kitchen's high volume environment with proficient back-of-house cooking skills and culinary experience. Prep Cooks will be expected to assist with food preparation tasks that contribute to the efficient delivery of the restaurant's premium offerings. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience working as a prep cook or in a similar kitchen role
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks
- knowledge of food safety standards
