Job Duties
- Prepare and portion ingredients for service ensuring freshness and consistency
- wash chop and measure ingredients for line cooks and chefs
- execute basic cooking techniques such as blanching roasting and sauce preparation
- maintain a clean and organized workstation following food safety protocols
- assist with receiving and storing deliveries ensuring proper inventory rotation
- support kitchen operations ensuring the team is set up for smooth service
