Job Requirements
- Food Handlers Card certification
- 1 to 2 years of relevant food preparation experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and procedures
- Basic food safety knowledge
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
Job Qualifications
- Less than high school education required
- 1 to 2 years of cooking or food preparation experience preferred
- Food Handlers Card certification required
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to food safety standards
Job Duties
- Prepare hot and cold entrees and side dishes
- Measure and mix ingredients according to standardized recipes and specifications
- Wash and cut vegetables and fruits
- Slice meats and prepare meat salads
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grinders, ovens, choppers, mixers, and blenders
- Assemble meals and set up stations according to schedule and procedures
- Maintain food quality, freshness, taste, and appearance standards
