Job Requirements

  • Food Handlers Card certification
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant food preparation experience
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to follow standardized recipes and procedures
  • Basic food safety knowledge
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members

Job Qualifications

  • Less than high school education required
  • 1 to 2 years of cooking or food preparation experience preferred
  • Food Handlers Card certification required
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to food safety standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare hot and cold entrees and side dishes
  • Measure and mix ingredients according to standardized recipes and specifications
  • Wash and cut vegetables and fruits
  • Slice meats and prepare meat salads
  • Operate kitchen equipment such as grinders, ovens, choppers, mixers, and blenders
  • Assemble meals and set up stations according to schedule and procedures
  • Maintain food quality, freshness, taste, and appearance standards
