Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in food preparation or cooking preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
Good communication skills
Ability to follow instructions
Flexibility with schedule

Job Qualifications

Competent knife skills
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques
Experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
Ability to work under pressure
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Prepare a variety of meats and seafood using broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers
Ensure 100% responsibility for quality of products served
Store, handle, and rotate all food products properly
Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food product and portioning
Maintain a sense of urgency and work with efficiency
Follow basic cooking techniques and demonstrate competent knife skills
Work with a positive attitude and a smile on your face
