Job Requirements

- previous experience in food preparation or culinary role preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare and portion menu items according to established recipes
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area
- assist chefs and kitchen staff during meal service
- monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- support kitchen team in special events and large catering orders
- assist with receiving and storing deliveries
