Job Duties
- Prepare salads
- prepare desserts
- provide bread service
- general prep work
- wash pots, pans and utensils
- clean kitchen areas daily
- deep clean kitchen equipment
- keep storage areas neat and tidy
- keep refrigeration and freezers organized
- report failing equipment to supervisor
- report health and safety hazards to supervisor
- communicate effectively with staff
- unload equipment and food from deliveries
- accept training for safe duty completion
- carry out additional duties as required
