Job Duties
- Portion, prepare, and assemble menu items as requested
- possess a solid sense of timing
- follow cooking and plating procedures to ensure timely, fresh meals

- set up workstations with ingredients and equipment
- help kitchen staff when requested
- maintain a sanitized, safe, and orderly kitchen environment
- monitor stock, refill necessary items, and place orders for shortages
