The position of Prep Cook at Texas Roadhouse is essential to upholding the company’s legendary standards for food quality and safety. As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food made from scratch, following precise recipes and procedures that ensure each dish meets Texas Roadhouse’s high standards. This role involves reading and following prep sheets accurately, maintaining cleanliness and organization within storage areas such as the walk-in refrigerator, and properly using and maintaining kitchen equipment. Safety and sanitation practices are paramount, and the Prep Cook must adhere to all protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic workplace.
