Job Description
Our establishment is a forward-thinking and dynamic restaurant committed to creating exceptional dining experiences while fostering a vibrant and supportive work environment. We are not your average restaurant; instead, we pride ourselves on being a collective of passionate professionals who work with energy and enthusiasm to build a lasting legacy through our brand. Our team embodies the spirit of collaboration and excellence, aiming to be the GOATs — the Greatest Of All Time — in the restaurant industry. We encourage fun, creativity, and career growth in every role we offer, especially for those who are ready to start fresh or elevate their careers with us.
As a part of our team, the Prep Cook, affectionately known within our culture as the Heart of House Hero, plays a pivotal role in the kitchen operations. This role goes beyond just preparing ingredients; it involves being a key contributor to crafting a superior guest experience through meticulous food preparation and presentation. Prep Cooks are tasked with handling meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads, and other food products with precision, adhering strictly to daily prep lists and recipes. This attention to detail ensures we maintain the highest quality standards that delight our guests every time they visit.
The position is ideal for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about food and eager to develop their culinary skills in a supportive yet fast-paced environment. Our Prep Cooks enjoy working in a place where innovation meets tradition, using a variety of kitchen equipment and utensils while adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations. The role demands stamina, as it requires standing for extended periods and the ability to lift heavy items, but it also rewards with the satisfaction of being integral to the success of the entire operation.
Working with us means becoming part of a culture that values your development and voice. You'll be surrounded by like-minded professionals who are committed to personal growth and teamwork, all while having a great time. With access to multiple brands within our portfolio, you will benefit from discounts and perks unique to our organization. Plus, our innovative scheduling technologies, daily pay option, and an open-door policy are designed to support your well-being and foster an engaging workplace. This is a full-time opportunity offering a stable career path with benefits that show we care about you as much as the food we prepare.
Join us if you are ready to say goodbye to the mundane and become a vital part of a team that is passionate, dedicated, and ready to have fun while making a difference. Your journey to becoming a Heart of House Hero starts here, where every day brings new challenges, learning opportunities, and the chance to be part of something truly special.
