  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food safety certification or any other food/alcohol certification as required by state law
  • Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
  • Good hearing for safety and accurate communication

Job Duties

  • Ensuring our guests have an unbeatable experience with the highest quality preparation and presentation of our food products with the utmost recipe adherence
  • Supporting the success of the Heart of house by ensuring menu items are stocked and prepped according to food safety and recipe standards
  • Maintaining highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout all food preparation areas
  • Being aware of and abiding by all food safety practices
