Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- previous culinary experience
- team player with a good attitude
- ability to read and follow written recipes
- reliable transportation
- able to work in hot and cool environments
- able to lift at least 20 pounds and frequently squat and bend
- self accountable in upholding high standards
- able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 8 hours daily
- willingness to learn and develop
- ServeSafe Food Handler Certification (if not certified, willingness to obtain)
Job Qualifications
- Previous culinary experience with a strong passion for food and people
- good knife skills
- ability to read and follow written recipes
- team player with a good attitude and sense of urgency
- ServeSafe Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Job Duties
- Prepare and prep high volumes of vegetables and protein
- make homemade sauces and marinades
- bake desserts
- put away and rotate produce and food orders
- maintain pars and counts of responsible items
- maintain exceptional food safety and sanitation practices
- use kitchen machinery including knives, ovens, grills, gas stoves, food processors, and blenders properly
- follow recipes and adhere to food specs ensuring quality and consistency
- properly open, close, and clean your station
- perform additional responsibilities as requested
