Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen
- Mastery of basic knife skills
- Familiarity with raw, whole ingredients
- Experience working in a no seed oil or health-conscious environment is a plus
- Ability to follow complex recipes and measurements with total consistency
- Reliability with an early bird mentality
- Ability to show up on time and be prepared
- Must be 18 years or older
- Effective communication skills in primary language(s) of the location

Job Duties
- Execute daily prep lists with total accuracy
- Follow recipes exactly to maintain promise of all-natural ingredients and zero seed oils
- Maintain consistent knife cuts and portioning to ensure uniform cooking and presentation
- Efficiently manage time to complete high-volume prep tasks within designated timeframes
- Inspect produce and proteins upon arrival for freshness and alert Kitchen Lead if standards are not met
- Maintain strict First-In, First-Out (FIFO) standards, label, date, and store prepared items correctly
- Conduct quality checks on prepared batches for seasoning and texture alignment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace
- Follow strict protocols to prevent cross-contamination
- Safely operate and clean kitchen equipment including food processors, mixers, slicers, and scales
