Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
ability to follow established recipe cards and SOPs
experience operating kitchen equipment such as stove oven microwave and refrigerator
ability to prepare sandwiches salads and desserts
good communication skills
ability to maintain cleanliness using sanitation procedures
willingness to perform various kitchen duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

Assist in preparing meals using established recipe cards ensuring all tasks are complete in accordance with SOPs
use standardized measuring cups spoons knives forks large kitchen utensils pots and pans
operate basic kitchen equipment stove oven microwave refrigerator etc
procure daily storage from storeroom or refrigerator as requested and prepare cold cut sandwiches
serve customers under the direction of the Manager for correct portions and menu combinations
prepare sandwiches salads desserts slicing pies and cakes
assist in setting up serving lines and salad bars
clean and sanitize condiment bins before replenishing after each meal
assure juice machine is cleaned sanitized and replenished as required
maintain sanitation standards by Clean as You Go method
perform other duties as assigned
