Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in kitchen food preparation preferred but not required
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
Good communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Physical ability to perform duties with standing and lifting

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment is a plus

Job Duties

Prepare ingredients for cooking including washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring
Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the prep station
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Stock and replenish kitchen supplies as needed
Assist in maintaining inventory and waste control
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation
