Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of food service experience
  • Serve Safe Certification or willing to obtain within 30 days of employment
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to follow procedures, safety rules, and health regulations
  • Ability to bend, stoop, climb stairs, twist, kneel, lift, push, and pull items weighing 55lbs
  • Must be able to stand and continuously move throughout the workday
  • Must be willing to work outdoors and comfortable in varying weather
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Culinary certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare, cook, and present food according to recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines
  • Monitor food quality, consistency, and portioning throughout service
  • Maintain prep levels and ensure timely service
  • Follow allergen procedures and prevent cross-contamination
  • Communicate effectively with team members on orders and timing
  • Set up, clean, and maintain workstations and equipment
  • Follow proper food storage, labeling, and temperature control procedures
  • Receive and manage inventory
  • report low stock and minimize waste
  • Complete opening and closing duties and follow operational checklists
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
  • Maintain professional appearance and safe work practices
  • Follow all food safety regulations
  • Report safety issues or equipment concerns promptly
  • Participate in trainings and team meetings
