Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of food service experience
- Serve Safe Certification or willing to obtain within 30 days of employment
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow procedures, safety rules, and health regulations
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb stairs, twist, kneel, lift, push, and pull items weighing 55lbs
- Must be able to stand and continuously move throughout the workday
- Must be willing to work outdoors and comfortable in varying weather
- High school diploma preferred
- Culinary certification preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare, cook, and present food according to recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines
- Monitor food quality, consistency, and portioning throughout service
- Maintain prep levels and ensure timely service
- Follow allergen procedures and prevent cross-contamination
- Communicate effectively with team members on orders and timing
- Set up, clean, and maintain workstations and equipment
- Follow proper food storage, labeling, and temperature control procedures
- Receive and manage inventory
- report low stock and minimize waste
- Complete opening and closing duties and follow operational checklists
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
- Maintain professional appearance and safe work practices
- Follow all food safety regulations
- Report safety issues or equipment concerns promptly
- Participate in trainings and team meetings
